This newly completed Lexus dealership pairs refined design with a high-performing structural framework. At the front, a two-story showroom is constructed with a hybrid steel-and-wood framing system—creating open, customer-focused spaces that reflect the Lexus brand’s attention to detail and sophistication. Toward the rear, a one-story service and inventory area is topped with rooftop parking, supported by a one-way post-tensioned concrete slab and ultra-long-span beam system. Columns were intentionally spaced out to provide unobstructed service bays and efficient vehicle movement.
