These buildings are typically stand-alone, one-story structures ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 square feet, optimized for both patient comfort and operational efficiency. While the functional requirements are consistent—supporting specialized medical equipment, dedicated water treatment systems, and carefully planned patient flow—every site is designed to harmonize with its surrounding environment and local architectural character.
Our portfolio includes numerous centers across California, with examples in cities such as Oxnard, North Hollywood, and Huntington Park. Each facility began with a deep understanding of city-specific requirements, zoning considerations, and neighborhood context. In some cities, the design leaned toward a modern, clean-lined façade to blend with nearby commercial developments; in others, warmer materials and softer rooflines were used to reflect a more residential or small-town setting. Regardless of the exterior style, the interiors are consistently organized for efficient patient processing, privacy, and staff workflow.
