This one-of-a-kind renovation redefines what an office can be. For their Irvine headquarters, LUXE Travel Management repurposed actual sections of a retired commercial airplane—transforming a 51′-6″ stretch of fuselage, including the cockpit, into a fully immersive open office experience. Structural coordination was critical in adapting the existing building to support the placement and integration of the aircraft components. The layout now features shared workstations aligned with real airplane windows and a custom-built kitchen and breakroom that evoke the interior of a private jet.

The result is an imaginative fusion of aviation and workplace design—where the structure quietly supports an extraordinary concept. From mounting and anchoring salvaged fuselage to concealing systems within curved aircraft walls, the project pushed the boundaries of adaptive reuse and interior construction.
