The project features a robust hybrid concrete design—utilizing a mild-reinforced two-way slab for the second-floor office level and a specialized high-capacity two-way post-tensioned (PT) concrete slab for the roof deck to accommodate high-density vehicle parking and storage

Engineered to maximize utility on a tight urban footprint, the No.1 Collision Center facility demanded creative structural solutions from the ground up. The building’s second floor supports corporate office spaces via a two-way mild-reinforced concrete slab, transitioning seamlessly to a high-capacity, two-way post-tensioned concrete roof slab engineered specifically for secure vehicle parking and storage.

Beyond the primary building envelope, the compact site presented significant logistical and environmental constraints. To protect the privacy and operations of an adjacent dog daycare facility, the design incorporated a massive, tall retaining wall along the property line. Navigating the tight spatial limits required meticulous structural detailing and close coordination to ensure efficient constructability on a highly restricted site.
