This project delivers a striking Gen-5 Porsche dealership along one of Southern California’s most iconic corridors. The single-story showroom is designed as a pure brand statement—anchored by a dramatic skylight that cuts diagonally across the roof plane, washing the interior with natural light and creating a dynamic visual moment over the vehicle display floor. The structural framing was carefully coordinated to accommodate the skylight opening without interrupting the clean, column-free showroom experience that defines Porsche’s latest global design standards.
The exterior is wrapped in Porsche’s signature curtain wall system, engineered not only for transparency and precision but also for nighttime presence. Concealed lighting integrated within the façade allows the building to glow after sunset, making the dealership instantly recognizable to drivers passing along Pacific Coast Highway. Behind the showroom, the facility transitions into a two-story service and inventory structure, constructed with a two-way post-tensioned concrete slab system. This system efficiently supports vehicle loads while providing the flexibility and durability required for service bays and stacked parking.
